Welcome to Cairn Brock Housing Network

Cairn Brock Housing Network is the umbrella organisation for all Registered Tenants Groups, individual tenants and service users who live in the eastern part of West Lothian. The Housing Network covers the following Electoral Wards:

• Linlithgow;
• Broxburn  and Uphall;
• Winchburgh;
• Livingston East and East Calder;
• Kirknewton; and, 
• Mid Calder.

Main Role

Cairn Brock's main role is to work in partnership with all tenants and service users in the eastern part of West Lothian. We will do this by gathering the views and opinions of all our members prior to representing a collective view to West Lothian Council.

What we do

• We are involved in a number of consultations with Housing & Building Services throughout the year
• We send two members to represent us on the Services for the Community Policy, Development and Scrutiny Panel
• We send three members to represent our interests to the Tenants Panel
• We meet to debate relevant matters of interest to our members
• We meet with Five Sisters Housing Network at joint meetings to discuss and debate county wide service delivery
• We respond to Government consultations in respect to national housing policy

Where we meet

We meet on the third Wednesday of the month in Uphall Community Education Centre, Strathbrock Place, Uphall at 11am.
