Central Region came into being in January of 2008 at their inaugural Annual General Meeting. Our primary function is to engage with the Scottish Government and other housing organisations to represent tenants views on any proposed changes in national housing policy.

The Committee has 12 members with Hugh McClung (Stirling) as Chair and Danny Mullen (West Lothian) as Secretary.
Central Region is keen to get as many tenants as possible to express their views on what the new Social Housing Charter should contain. The Government want tenants to let it know about the type and quality of housing services tenants believe landlords should be delivering for tenants.
Individual tenants, RTOs and service users can make their voices heard in a variety of ways. The Government has set up a web page where anyone can submit their opinions on Charter Outcomes.
